Two worlds united - double taste - half caffeine
When the Orient connects with the Occident. Wertheim's white sweet lupine meets coffee from the Malabar Coast on the Arabian Sea.
White sweet lupins give a pleasant nutty taste when roasted, which comes very close to the coffee flavor. They are naturally caffeine free. The lupins come from regional Bioland cultivation.
The roast coffee - a blend of Coffea Canephora and Arabica - comes from organic farming of the South Indian plantation Elk Hill. This is operated since 1986 biologically. The coffee is bought directly from the roasting house. It is characterized by a low acidity. By washing the coffee beans, the bitter substances are reduced.
The long-term roasting at low temperatures results in an excellent coffee blend.
2 plants - 2 worlds give a special coffee taste, which offers a wealth of aromas, as a plant alone would never create.
