Vita Biosa is a certified organic herbal fermentation drink from Denmark, based on two of nature's greatest inventions: lactic acid bacteria and herbs . It contains seven different cultures of lactic acid bacteria, organic acids and 19 carefully selected herbs. The unique blend of herbs, acids and bacteria gives Vita Biosa a fresh and pleasantly acidic taste. Vita Biosa is a natural product that is free from artificial preservatives, sugars, gluten and lactose .
It is naturally preserved by a fermentation process in which the herbs and lactic acid bacteria are mixed with water and sugarcane molasses. The bacteria consume the sugar in the molasses and convert it into organic acids. The lactic acid gives Vita Biosa a self-preserving effect. Once all the molasses sugar has been consumed, the fermentation process is complete and the product is sugar free. The finished product then contains only extracts of herbs, organic acids and lactic acid bacteria.

Among other things, the lactic acid bacteria in Vita Biosa can survive the gastric passage and then attach to the intestinal wall in the small and large intestine system and multiply. This produces acids that, together with the lactic acid bacteria, ensure a good gut feeling.
The recommended amount is 20-50 ml / day. Even large amounts are well tolerated, ie an overdose is not possible (however, we recommend the first few days for slow acclimatization only 2-3 teaspoons / day). Vita Biosa can be drunk pure or mixed with still water or juice. Vita Biosa is a food that is also used extensively in the kitchen.
Which lactic acid cultures does Vita Biosa contain?
Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Lactococcus lactis and Streptococcus thermophilus (no pathogenic strain). Other fermentation cultures can arise naturally from the starting materials.
Important: all bacteria are GMO-free and of pure plant origin. Throughout the process chain of Vita Biosa, each level is purely vegan.
