The Raab Bio Protein Shake is purely vegetable and is based on a combination of pea and rice protein. The mixture is completed by the local superfood spinach.
The shake contains 78% vegetable protein, 34% of which is essential amino acids. Each serving contains 2.7 g BCAAs², of which 1.2 g leucine. Proteins contribute to an increase in muscle mass and to the maintenance of muscle mass. The body cannot synthesize essential amino acids itself, which is why they have to be taken in through food.
The shake has a restrained taste and can be used universally.

Consumption recommendation:
Mix 20 g (corresponds to 2 tablespoons) of the powder with 300 ml of milk. Rice or oat milk are particularly recommended. A stand mixer or hand blender can be used for improved mixing and creaminess. Tip: Add a ripe banana to the blender for a slight sweetness.
