Raab Organic grape seed flour is made from the pressed cake of de-oiled grape seeds. The press cake is produced during the gentle cold pressing of kernels of sun-ripened grapes. Grapes and products thereof contain oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) (3.7 g per 100 g grape seed flour). In addition, grape seed flour is rich in fiber.

Consumption recommendation: Raab Organic grape seed flour is suitable as an addition to smoothies, yogurts, quark, cereals, soups, desserts or as a baking ingredient for bread, rolls, pizza and cake. When baking, replace about 10% of conventional flour with grape seed flour and experience the slightly nutty taste.
