Barley grass is a sweet grass that is pulled from the barley grain. Barley grass is the name given to the young leaves of the emerging plant.
Raab Organic Barley Grass contains folic acid and is rich in Vitamin K. It does not contain gluten. Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation and normal immune function. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
In order to obtain the positive properties of the barley grass, a gentle drying and grinding of the product takes place.
The above-mentioned ingredients and the bright green color of the barley grass powder enhance every smoothie, shake, fruit or vegetable juice or even soups in the twinkling of an eye.
