RACHENSPRAY WITH MANUA HONEY - FOR THE MOUTH HYGIENE AND FOR REQUIREMENTS
Honey has many positive qualities that the ancient Egyptians already knew.
Out of all the honeys worldwide there is one honey that stands out:
The Manuka honey
In the unspoiled nature of New Zealand, the evergreen manuka shrub, which can grow 1 to 8 meters, rarely grows taller. His flowers are small and scratchy, his flowers white to pink. The resistant, evergreen plant, which also bears the names "Red Manuka" or "New Zealand Tea Tree" (not to be confused with the Australian Tea Tree Melaleuca alternifolia), can take on a variety of forms: a 5-centimeter shrub, or a 15-meter high tree standing alone or appearing as a whole sling. The narrow-lipped, almost needle-like leaves have an aromatic odor and a bitter, but not unpleasant, tart taste. The flowers are particularly beautiful in December (New Zealand and summer) to advantage.
The Maori, the natives of New Zealand, have been using Manuka for centuries as a traditional medicinal plant for the treatment of infections and inflammation. The feathery leaves of the Manuka bush were used by the Maori for wound disinfection and inflammation. The seeds and plant parts of young plants of the Manuka bush were chewed by the Maori to treat complaints in the stomach and intestines.
Manuka honey from New Zealand contains a variety of ingredients that have only recently been explored. Among other things, research with Manuka honey was carried out at the University of Dresden and the Waikato University in New Zealand. The antibacterial ingredient methylglyoxal (MGO) was also determined, which is much more abundant in manuka honey than in conventional honeydew honey. Methylglyoxal is the direct-acting & quot; active & quot; component in Manuka honey. Methylglyoxal has a high stability due to its molecular properties and unlike hydrogen peroxide in other honeys. It is even possible to heat the corresponding product without reducing the methylglyoxal content.

WHAT DOES & quotACTIVE & quot?
The term UMF = Unique Manuka Factor translates to "Unique Manuka Factor" and is used to classify active properties of Manuka Honey. The higher the UMF, or the newer name MGO, the more active the honey. However, it should be kept in mind that very high levels of UMF, such as 25+, can not always be guaranteed because the activity of manuka honey depends on many factors such as temperature, sunshine duration, bees activity, and so on.
UMF 10+ equals MGO 100+
UMF 20+ corresponds to MGO 400+
This pharynx spray contains extra strong manuka honey with a MGO content of 400 mg per kg honey (equivalent to UNF 20+), propolis (at least 30 mg bioflavanoids per gram of raw material) and essential & Oumlle.
