DESCRIPTION OF THE PLANT

The larch is a graceful tree that can grow up to 30 feet tall. It prefers forest edges and hills and has a rough bark. The male yellow and the female red flowers are located on the same tree and open as soon as the green needles show. Flowering time is from the end of March to April.
