Description:

Raab Organic Curcuma Powder is a mixture of turmeric with a standardized curcumin content (4385 mg / 100 g; 219 mg / 5 g) and ground pepper with piperine (182 mg / 100 g; 9 mg / 5 g).
In addition to curcumin and piperine, the mixture contains iron and the trace element manganese.

Consumption recommendation:
Add 1 heaped teaspoon (5 g each) turmeric powder to 250 ml liquid, e.g. smoothies, fruit juices, vegetable juices, shakes or warm soup. The powder is also good for coloring and refining dishes. The above-mentioned positive effects start from a daily consumption of 5 g of the mixture.
